We are no longer accepting films for 2011. Thank you for your interest we hope to hear from you for 2012.
We
prefer submissions in a Quicktime format due to our subtitling needs.
To submit a quicktime version please send 2 HD copies to the address
below. We will also currently accept DVD format as well, 2 copies to
address below. Please include the submissions form with your films.
If selected we will need a synopsis and photos for marketing, and a high resolution trailer for use in our marketing materials.
The Chamonix Adventure Film Festival was built, and continues to exist
thanks to the heart and soul and hard work of an endless team of
volunteers. We are very happy to receive any help you would be willing
to give. We are very aware that everyone needs to make a living, so we
only ask that you give what you can, whether it’s a little or a lot. We
hope to find a facet of the festival that you are passionate about
working with or learning from.
Some examples of needs we have :
- Marketing, PR and social marketing
- Help finding sponsorship & public funding
- Translating & Scripting – English to French and French
to English
- Manual jobs such as ticket sales during festival,
hanging posters, giving out flyers in town.
- Drivers for Photography Course
- Press Contacts
- Party Co-ordinator
How to Contribute
The
Chamonix Adventure Film Festival is currently establishing an
Association, a Non-profit entity. As we grow more and more we are in
need of more funds to pay our staff (who currently all work as
volunteers), and pay the running costs of the festival. Please contact
us if you are interested in supporting the festival.
